== Sucre Café origins ==
The First Sucre Café was founded back in 1973 by a man named Joey Goldbergs, In a small shopping space in Downtown Greenfield, It was a small coffee shop that sold coffee beans and sugar, and it was pretty popular back then. Joey went on a trip to Italy back in 1982. Thats where he met the espresso and other new coffee types that he had never heard of. He took these ideas back to Greenfield, where he made and sold them. The chain quickly started expanding, and multiple new stores opened in California. In 1995 the chain had 342 stores in California, and 43 on the East coast. The sales started dropping as other chain stores sold cheaper coffee, so the Sucre Corporation had to think of something new. When the heatwave of 1995 hit the sales of warm coffee where extremely low. So they started making Iced coffee, Iced coffee became loved by many and the Sucre Café stores popped up everywhere. In 2001 there where 3.435 stores in the USA, and they opened the first store in Canada, this was the first store to be put in another country. This was the moment where Sucre was in its prime. from 2001-2007 around 4000 locations opened across the globe, and the chain was loved by many. When the financial crisis of 2008 came, the sales started dropping, they closed atleast 100 stores in the USA alone. They had to think of something new, something cheap and something that would fit the chain well. Thats when they made the first Frappucino. The Frappucino made the chain go back to its usual sales. Right now in 2022 there are 7.059 stores in the USA, and 34.543 stores in the world.

== Sucre Café basic information. ==
The Sucre Café chain sells everything from normal espresso's to the iconic Frappucino. Besides Coffee Sucre also sells Sandwiches, Salads, Baked goods, coffee beans. The stores have a modern atmosphere with green and brown chairs, Every store has basically the same layout with the counter at the front and the seats on the side.

== Sucre Café locations ==
there are alot of Sucre Café locations on the east side of the map, this is lore wise: because the right side was a former industrial area/still industrial area so the Café would not earn alot of money with locations there. The actual reason is because Golden (the founder of the company) joined when the 0.5.4 update was being made. The green dots are where the normal cafés are at, the yellow dot is where the Sucre Roast is, more on that later. The beach is a hot spot for Sucre Café locations as a lot of tourists go there, so more people to buy iced coffee after a long day in the hot sun. The GIA airport is also a hot spot for locations because the GIA is the busiest transportation hub in Greenfield.

== Sucre Roast ==
Sucre Roast is based on the IRL Starbucks Roastery. The Sucre Roast is the place where people come to buy special new coffees, made and invented right infront of them. Or eat food only available in 8 locations around the world! Sucre Roast is a more industrial and steampunk inspired restaurant. Instead of the usual modern and green vibe Sucres have.

== Beside the Cafés ==
Beside the Sucre Café and Roastery, there are other locations to buy and make Sucre coffee. You might find a stand in grocery stores where you can pay through the machine and it makes Sucre for you. You can also buy the products in gas stations, vending machines and more.

Greenfield Update 0.5.3 brought a trong focus on all build types- from large industrial factories, big box stores like Minekea, construction sites, residential and way more. This update nearly doubled the amount of industry that was in the city before 0.5.3. And the infamous Minekea returned.

== The Additions of 0.5.3 ==
This update focuses on the north side of Ashfield. Adding two areas, Ashfield west and Springfield. And redeveloped previous areas: Northpark, (previously Melrose and old Springfield), Clinton, Glenview, and Ashfield east.

== Ashfield west ==
Ashfield west is a counterpart to the Westwood neighbourhood. It is based on a run-down working-class, suburb of Greenfield. It added 20 new factories and warehouses, and the iconic THORPE silos, that appeared in the update video. It adds warehouses and factories for well-known companies in greenfield, like Trippy Appliances. Some factories are being taken down to further redevelop the Ashfield area.

== Clinton ==
Clinton has been developed over the past 20/30 years, while still being developed for the great Ashfield Redevelopment. The west side of the Clinton warp is a big developed commercial area, including many offices, commercial buildings and apartments to fit the people of Ashfield. It also includes a multi-building shopping mall, with a food court, movie theater and many stores. The west side of the Clinton warp includes more development going on. With big waterfront apartment buildings being constructed to old warehouses being dismantled for redevelopment.

== Springfield ==
Springfield is the newly developed commercial zone for the great Ashfield redevelopment. This area features many iconic structures, like the Kazias center, a big hockey stadium under construction, Or Minekea, a big furniture store that returned after being gone for over 3 updates. The area also includes a movie studio called worldly studios. There are more notable structures like the under construction Nozana Distribution center or the Craftco store. Springfield is the current hot-spot for people moving into town.

== Northpark ==
Northpark is the current hot spot for living. It includes many brand new houses and apartment buildings. It houses Springfield elementry and middle school, and a community recreation center, the perfect place to be when you have kids! While before the GAR (Greater Ashfield Re-development), this used to be a place filled with factories and warehouses. Now it is a bustling neighbourhood with housing, hotels and strip-malls. While most of the neighbourhood is finished, there is still a lot under construction, Like the Northpark train station.
