530 Ashfield Avenue, also know as Patriot Bank Plaza or PB Plaza, is an office tower in the Downtown district of Greenfield, California. Construction on the 90 m (295 ft), 22-floor tower began in 1975 and completed in 1977.
Formerly known as the Pacific Banking Tower, the building was once the headquarters of the Pacific Commercial Banking Corporation (PCBC) prior to its merger with the Patriot Bank of Cascadia (PBC) in 2009.
The building currently houses the Greenfield headquarters of Patriot Bank, along with the Consulates General of the Republic of Korea (South Korea) and the United Kingdom. The British Chamber of Commerce and Interpol also have offices within the building.
