Made the Rio Pueblo section a little more formal and concise.

-The Rio Pueblo neighbourhood was named after the river it sits nexto (Rio Peublo meaning Rapid River translated to english). The Neighbourhood was taken apart by the construction of the I-710 in the 1950s.This caused a lot of people and businesses being replaced to other areas, and the previous hotel "The Couf" to go bankrupt. The area became dodgy and noone would want to step foot in Rio Pueblo. That was untill Protests and activism caused the highway to be taken apart in the 1980s. This gave developers a plan to rebuilt Rio Pueblo, so in 1987 a huge development project took place on the plot of land. A lot of bungalows where built and the area was one huge neighbourhood again. The old abandoned building of The Couf was turned into an apartment building, and the area was gentrified into a nice neighbourhood. In 2015 a new development took place in both Los Llanos and Rio Pueblo with new single family homes and the huge golf coarse called Ace Golf.

However, during 1980s many activist groups were formed in favor of the dismantling of the controversial freeway. In 1987, plans to revitalize the historic neighborhood which had now fallen into disarray began. Large amounts of housing were built during this time, including several hundred bungalow style single family homes. The previously abandoned Couf was revitalized and restored into a large housing complex. The heavy influx of middle class families in the area, along with the rapid gentrification resulted in a dramatic decrease in crime. Other large projects in the area included a 2015 development in Rio Pueblo as well as neighboring Los Llanos, including a new set of single family homes, and a large golfing complex.
