The Pacific Occidental Construction Company (POCC) is an American construction company based in Fremont, California. Founded in 1965 by UCLA graduates Amelia Bryant, Geoff Dixon, and Wesley Prado, the company is notable for aiding in reconstruction efforts in Oakland after the Oakland firestorm of 1991. The POCC primarily operates in the US states of California, Oregon, Washington, and Nevada.
Initially specializing in the construction of single-family and medium-sized residential properties in and around the San Francisco Bay area, the POCC has expanded its services to include larger projects such as multi-story apartments, condominiums, and commercial buildings.
