 On September 11th, 2001, a devastating terrorist attack on the Unites States took place, tightening SkyLiners security and protection measures aboard planes and in terminals. SkyLiners also updated their logo with the World Trade Center twin towers out of respect for the victims.
-On June 14th 2018, now called the Heaven's Stairway Incident, over 60 planes from many different airlines mysteriously vanished without a trace. SkyLiners had only one plane disappear however, flight 640 from Yellowknife en-route to Rio de Janeiro mysteriously disappeared with all hands while flying approximately over Columbus, Ohio. Over 3 people were presumed missing or dead, and no trace of flight 640 or any other missing flights from that day have surfaced.
