There have been rumors of a revitalisation plan for the destroyed West section, which is making the current residents doubtful of what it will have in store for the future. The so called "plans" have been about completely demolishing the Westside and placing a new neighbourhood on it. Though due to the current residents being doubtful about it because they fear it might only be for rich whites looking to move in and gentrify and force out the poor folks out of their homes.
